Article 7: Claims and Refunds

All claims relating to a defect in the delivered goods, an inaccuracy in the quantities, to the order confirmed by our company must be made in writing within seven days of receipt of the products. However, no refunds will be made, in accordance with our company's policy.

This contract is subject to French law. In case of a dispute, only French courts will be competent.
